Bottle Hand Trolley (7 bottles) is manufactured in anodized aluminum with greater structural reinforcement, strength and lightness, which makes it perfect for the most demanding distributors in the distribution of water every day.
The Bottle hand Trolley (7 bottles) has the Quality Assurance HODS. It has strived for this forklift truck to meet the standards that characterize them. For this reason, the technicians have improved the model incorporating German FAG top-of-the-range bearings.
Anodizing of aluminum is an electrochemical process that forms a protective layer of aluminum oxide on the surface of the aluminum base. Thus, it has the following properties and advantages: no needs maintenance; increases protection against rain,sun and humidity; increases hardness superficial; provides a decorative finish; resistance to abrasion, wear and corrosion.
The 7 bottle hand trolley has an additional structural reinforcement at the rear that provides several advantages: it helps to save stairs by reducing the impact of the trolley when climbing or descending stairs; anti-friction protections; allows the trolley to be knocked down even when loaded; provides greater stability; incorporates handles that allow the trolley to be grasped in a more ergonomic way and with greater protection in the hands avoiding possible knocks; increases the final load capacity.
It also incorporates pneumatic wheels with reinforced bearings which allow. On the one hand, a better sliding and easy mobility of the loaded trolley. And on the other hand, a greater resistance increasing the kilograms of load, as well as a second horizontal handle with a silicone coating with greater grip, thus avoiding possible accidental slipping. It has a load capacity of 7 bottles and on each tray there are silentblock which reduce the vibrations of the PET bottle avoiding its oscillations and damage to the containers during transport. In addition, these trays are foldable and it is possible to fold them and obtain a trolley to load other types of packages such as boxes for example.
