High quality 5 gallon cap . Manufactured with a double internal TPE ring that allows it to be a totally AZODIC CARBONAMIDE free cap. On the other hand, this double internal ring provides a TOTAL and hermetic seal between the 5-gallon cap and the neck of the PET bottle. This is due to the fact that it seals through two different areas unlike the rest of the caps on the market.
The cap is subjected to rigorous drip tests together with our PET bottle, which guarantee the high quality of the product offered by the HODS Quality Guarantee. These tests prevent bad sealing and water spillage, with the consequent savings. Each batch of caps is certified by Aenor.
Is manufactured from LLPDE (Linear Low Density Polyethylene). In addition, it is always manufactured with virgin materials that offer greater adaptability in the final result. It also contains an improved LPDE (Low density polyethylene) valve with a higher return.
This 5-gallon cap is suitable for any bottle intended for water dispensers, that is, bottles with a 55 mm diameter neck, so you can attach it to our PET bottle in its different formats from 11.8 litres to 20 litres.
